beachy :: part 2

This is one of my favorite streets in St. Augustine. It is so beautiful and the porches are full of flowers and greenery. I loved driving and walking down this street multiple times last week.

You know what else I loved? Eating at a restaurant on the beach called Mango Mango's. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is so fun!

One of our traditions is to visit the St. Augustine Beach Farmer's Market on Wednesday morning. This year seemed larger than previous years. My favorite vendor was there (all the bread and pastries you could ever want) and several new favorites including a beekeeper who answered a whole lot of questions from me ( I hope to own a few hives one day).

And I don't know about you, but our local farmer's market does not have a vendor with starfish. It is fitting for a beach one, though.

A trip to the beach would not be complete without some Fiesta Falls miniature golf (at least not for the kids). And it is right next door to the condo, so it couldn't be more convenient. I love my girl's putting form.

This was the first year that we took the kids to Castillo de San Marcos. We all loved the cannons. Especially these made in Sevilla, Spain, a place near and dear to our hearts. We went on a mission trip there several years ago and made some dear friends.

I took this last photo as a storm was approaching while we rushed into the Santa Maria restaurant where the main draw is that you get to feed the fish (and some birds) through a hole next to your table.

I miss the town so much, but I love that we have plenty of happy memories!
