We just returned from a wonderful week at the beach. I am always sad when we leave. I actually get sad a couple of days before we leave just thinking about going home. Pathetic, right? Maybe. But I can't help it. I just feel so different when we are there. No stress, just peacefulness. I love the salty air and the roaring ocean. It sets everything right. (This necklace says it all.)
These peeps love it too...
This year my sweet girl learned how to swim a bit and we had a hard time keeping her out of the water. And this was one of her favorite things to do...
That is some seriously good form. As is this...
Who knows, maybe they will turn out to be Olympic divers.
Lucy wasn't the only one to learn something new. Larkin was excited to find a boogie board in the condo and he had a blast with it.
And I just have to post another photo of the girl and her hat (that she says is a bear hat, though I've never seen a bear with stripes). The hat gets constant compliments. It is pretty swell, isn't it?
This past week has definitely refreshed me. My head feels a bit clearer and I feel ready to take on some summer projects. Yay for summer!

I feel the exact same way when we go on vacation to the mountains. I love it so much & always feel a bit down when it's time to leave. I'm glad you had such a nice vacation!
I just love the beach! What a fun trip. I look forward to more beach trips when my little ones are a bit older.
Thanks for stopping by :)
