What do you get when you mix figs and crystallized ginger and sugar? Pure deliciousness, people. I made this jam last year and knew that I had to make it as soon as our figs ripened. The bonus is that you don't have to place the jars in a hot water bath! Each batch is small and can be kept in the fridge for six weeks. But there is no way it will make it that long in our house!
