I hope you have all had a wonderful week. We came down to visit with family last Friday and are heading back home today. I have had several unsuccessful attempts to post these photos. I told you photos were forthcoming...I just didn't say it would take a week! I made this dress last Thursday using a Portabellopixie pattern. Here is a closeup of the apron. I just cut out part of the fabric from the sleeves and bodice to use as the applique and a vintage button for the center of the flower...

I also made a ponytail holder for her by cutting out pieces of the fabric I used for the skirt portion of the dress...
This dress was a lot of fun to make and I actually already have more fabric to make another one. I need to finish packing up, so have a great weekend!
