the no title post

i know there are several things that i want to talk about, i just can't seem to actually pull a post together. so, i am going to post quickly tonight, just so you will know i am still here. we had a very nice weekend. our friend allen was in town for a photo shoot. we got to hang out a bit on sunday and spent the day with him yesterday on the shoot. the studio was only a mile and a half from our house (how is that for convenience?) and it was such an interesting room...an entire floor of an old mill with original hardwoods and tons of windows. aren't those windows amazing? and here is a shot looking up into the elevator shaft.
i'll see if i can remember to take photos of the things i have been wanting to post. somehow, i always remember to take the photo at night. not very helpful, huh?
