Forsyth Fabrics is where I used to work when I lived in Atlanta before I started traveling with the band.
I recognize the fabric you purchased in NC. It's from the Funky Monkey collection, right? My mom made a receiving blanket out of the flannel polka dot fabric in a different colorway than you have and she made a burp rag out of the red numbers and monkeys print. I would like to have a pair of pajamas made from the monkey print with the cuffs and collar in the brown and white "sock" fabric you just bought. Wouldn't that be cute?
Cute fabric, cute pattern… this makes me want to go fabric shopping. Dangerous.
Ohhh, that would make a lovely purse! Can't wait to see what you decide!
Make a purse! Oh, yes! I do love the Amy Butler pattern I have, although it is so simple I wonder why I don't just 'invent' my own?? Instead, I think I'll make 12 purses so that the $12 cost of the pattern is amortized. I also love the fabrics you chose. Now I need to go buy me some more fabric today!
