warm

time visiting with my family was just what i needed. one of my favorite parts of the week was thursday night when my grandpa cooked dinner for us. just to see how his face lit up knowing his children were at his house, eating dinner that he had prepared, was priceless. he had so much joy. he wouldn't even let me sweep up the ridiculous amount of corn muffin that larkin had managed to drop under the table. the old photograph in this photo is of my grandpa and grandma. i took this picture during lucy's birthday party. i feel warm and happy just looking at it. although, it is a glaring reminder that i need to get a frame for that picture!
